Improving the Lives of those with Atrial Fibrillation

The Zoe Foundation is an Illinois not-for-profit  501(c) (3) corporation aiming to raise public awareness and education about the symptoms, treatments and potential cures for atrial fibrillation (AF), as well as the prevention of stroke and heart failure caused by AF. We will raise the necessary funds for clinical and laboratory research being performed to discover novel treatments and cures for AF.

About Us

The Zoe Foundation is an initiative dedicated to finding a cure for AF, and is comprised of volunteer medical and business professionals, and private citizens. The organization was incorporated on February 22, 2011 in the State of Illinois.

Newer gene-based approaches that target specific mechanisms underlying AF are likely to be more efficacious in treating AF.
